We are looking for a System Analyst who will be responsible for:
Identifying, analyzing, formalizing, and coordinating the requirements and business needs of clients (both external and internal);
Developing architectural and technical solutions;
Documenting and managing system requirements;
Describing integrations with third-party services;
Participating in the database design process (SQL, NoSQL);
Formulating technical specifications for development.
You’re our perfect match if you have:
3+ years of experience as a System Analyst;
Proficiency with SQL (queries for data selection and grouping);
Knowledge of database design and ER diagram creation;
Knowledge of how to visualize processes using UML, BPMN, ERD;
Experience with API integrations API (REST, SOAP) and JSON, XML/XSD data formats;
Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
Understanding of service/microservice architecture principles;
Familiarity with architecture modeling notations (C4, etc.);
Experience with visualization and design tools (Draw.io, Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, Balsamiq);
B1 or higher English language skills for communication and documentation.
It will be an advantage if you have:
Knowledge of BPMN (e.g., Camunda);
Experience with Apache Superset and/or Qlik (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
Experience mentoring and onboarding colleagues for new projects.
